A loan shall be secured by the deposits below:

Min loan amount 100 unit
Max loan amount 300,000 unit*
Annual interest rate 4% added to the interest chargeable to the deposit (no less than 8%)
Max loan term  1 year (no later than the deposit term expiration date)
Repayment schedule At the end of the deposit term **

* Except for the exceptions established by the law, the loans under 200,000 GEL (and equivalent in USD/EUR) shall be disbursed only in GEL. 

** In case of the child deposit, the loan shall be repaid at least 10 calendar days prior to the deposit term expiration date.
