The anonymous statement form is used in case of breach of the ethical and professional code of conduct by the Bank staff. If you are aware of or have well-grounded suspicion concerning a breach of legal requirements, fraud, corruption, disregard of the conflict of interests or confidentiality clause, discrimination of a colleague, inappropriate exercise or abuse of power, theft, forgery or etc.inappropriate act posing a threat to the Bank’s interests and creating reputational or financial risks to the Bank and wish to expose an offender, i.e. a Bank employee without identifying yourself, you can make an anonymous statement in the ways below: 

• fill out “Anonymous Statement/Claim” form on the Bank’s web-site;
• send it to: anonym@cartubank.ge;
• send a letter by a courier to the Bank.

Anonymous Statement/Claim form is not used for claims regarding the Bank service, products or technical irregularities.
